Gymnastics

We have so much fun at  Elite Gymnastics Academy.  

We have weekly lessons with our gymnastics coach, practicing large motor skills. We practice balancing skills on the beam, walking back and forth, on tip toes, scoops, and turning around to repeat the fun. On bars and rings we strengthen our arms and core with skin-the-cats, jelly rolls, koala walks, and other fun skills. We improve our flexibility and coordination on floor, doing obstacle courses and rolls. Trampoline is always a fun way to practice positions, jumps, seat drops, and jumping into the pit.  Spatial awareness increases as we run and play at gym, learning and growing so much without even realizing it!
